The ENG3E and ENG4E CT (Culminating Task) is a writing portfolio.
The student will choose one response from each unit (not each week) that has previously been handed in and assessed as a term weekly assignment. These marked responses are located in the student's writing notebook that does not leave the class.
The student will then edit that response based on the teacher's feedback and add it to their CT Writing Portfolio.
The Writing Portfolio will be assessed by the teacher. See the course calendar for the due date.
This course does not have a final exam (see the course outline). On the day of your final exam, you will be asked to reflect on your writing portfolio. What changed? What have you learned? What have you learned about yourself as a writer? What have you learned about yourself as an editor? How did you grow as a student through this CT?
